- Passport with the minimum validity of six months from the date of finishing journey & a blank page in it for visa endorsement. (Some consulates count six months validity from the date of application or date of journey.)
- Return confirms air ticket, Forex endorsement or International credit card copy.
- Covering letter on Company’s Letterhead giving applicants name, designation, company profile in brief & date, period and purpose of travel with name & designation of person signing the same.
- Salary slip/ 3 Yrs I.T.Paper/ 3Yrs Form 16, Overseas medical policy.
- Need invitation in detail as per covering letter for business visit & same should go to consulate by fax.)

DEMAND DRAFT MUST BE DRAWN IN FAVOUR OF AUSTRALIAN HIGH COMMISSION, NEW
DELHI AND BE PAYABLE AT A BRANCH IN NEW DELHI.
Effective 1st July 2005, Short Stay Tourist Visa (subclass 676) and Long Stay Tourist Visa (subclass 686) will be merged into one visa category (subclass 676).
Long Stay Tourist Visa will no longer exist and all visitors will apply for a 676 visa of differing stay periods depending on their circumstances. A new version of form 48R applicable from 1st July will be released and the old form will not be acceptable after 30th June 2005.
The new form will be available on the High Commission's website w.e.f. 1st July 2005.
From Australian High Commission New Delhi, T T Services Charges (Incl. of service tax) are revised with effect from 02 April '07.
